The One / The Good

That which is first is the One.

The One exists Self alone with Self.

The One cannot move apart from Self or come into contact with Self.

The One is not equal or unequal to Self.

The One is above all essence and knowledge.

The One is above all eternity.

The One is above all multitude.

If the One is, then all beings and the progression of things may also exist.

If the One is not, then all beings and the progression of things that appear to exist must be absolutely undermined, and Selves act to prove this statement wrong.

The essence of the One proceeds from on high and ends with that which is the last of all things and which has the most obscure understanding of things.

The One is the fundamental underlying reality or substance and the sustaining cause of all things.

The One is the principle of numbers; without the One, there would be no numbers.

The Good contains the following principle elements: the desirable, the sufficient, and the perfectly complete.

All things abide through their desire for goodness.

The Good converts all things to Self and fills all things.

A light proceeds from the Good, which binds intellect with the intelligible and is named Truth.
