Socrates

One Final Observation for 2025

But let us share in my confidence,

and suppose the psyche to be immortal,

on the one hand,

enduring all iniquity,

and on the other hand,

all benefits,

and then, at all times,

we shall persist on the ascending road,

and at all times,

we shall pursue and turn to justice through phronesis,

so that we may cherish selves and the Gods,

both when self remains in this place,

and whenever self achieves the honours of competition,

in a similar way to the victorious who move around and collect,

and both in this place,

and in the millennium passage which we have traversed,

we shall carry through competently.
