Being
The One is above Being because The One has withdrawn itself from addition.
The One Being is suspended from The One
Being is a multitude: Essence, Same, Different, at Rest, in Motion.
Being does not enter into generation and cannot be destroyed.
Being is whole, indivisible, perfectly uniform and by itself. It has no connection to non-being.
Being is a union of itself with itself.
Being is apart from itself and all other things.
Being moves from itself and shares in immutability while ever it preserves its own special form.
Being is immovable. Being is intelligible but inexpressible.
Essence is of the spiritual realm. The image of essence is found in the realm of matter.
Was the extraordinarily beautiful Helen to be seen inside the well-gated and great-walled opulent city of Ilium?
Sameness binds the whole.
Without difference, there is one without the many.
If there is no motion, there is no energy, and there is death.
If it is not at rest, then it is not a whole.
